Shipping Policy
We process all orders between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. AEST, Monday through Friday. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that during sale, promotional, and peak periods, orders may take longer than usual to process and dispatch. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.
Your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and viewed by you prior to payment. All orders are provided with a tracking number.
Shipping cost
No, we do not offer free shipping on Outlet orders. However, we offer flat-rate standard shipping as follows:
- AU – AU$9
- US – US$9
- NZ – NZ$9
- CA – CA$9
- Rest of world - AU$9
Customs and duties
All customers are responsible for customs/import duties and taxes on orders. Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, the shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. They are added to your order total at checkout.
Nomad the Label is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must provide an invoice for customs should they require it.
Nomad the Label will not refund any refused shipments due to additional customs & tax charges.
If a customer declines to pay duties or taxes upon arrival in their country, the package will be returned to Nomad the Label. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for:
- The original shipping cost of the orders
- All return shipping fees
- Any applicable bank processing and handling fees
As all Outlet purchases are final sale, no refund or store credit will be issued. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
