All Outlet purchases are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on any Outlet orders for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or fit. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and check out size guides before placing your order.
What if my item is faulty?
We sincerely apologise if an item arrives in less than perfect condition. While all Outlet purchases are final sale, we will always honour our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and similar international legislation.
If you believe your item is faulty, please email outlet@nomadthelabel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

Faulty items will be assessed by our team, and if approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on available stock.
Please note that general wear and tear, including fabric softening, pilling, or accidental damage, is not considered a fault.
Shipping costs for faulty items
If your item is confirmed as faulty, your original shipping charges will be refunded.
For approved exchanges, outbound shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as Nomad the Label is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
