Nomad the Label Outlet is our dedicated space for past-season pieces offered at discounted prices. Same natural fabrics, same comfort-focused design, just final release items in limited quantities. These styles won’t be restocked and are only available while stocks last. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Are Outlet items final sale?
Yes. All items purchased through Nomad the Label Outlet Online Store are strictly final sale, meaning there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or fit. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and use the size guide before placing an order.
Can I return or exchange an Outlet item if it doesn’t fit?
No, we’re unable to accept any returns or exchanges for Outlet purchases. All sales are final. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and use the size guide before placing an order.
Can I use my discount code from nomadthelabel.com.au or nomadthelabel.com on Nomad the Label Outlet store?
No. Discount codes, new customer offers, store credits, or Comfort Club rewards earned on our main stores cannot be applied to Outlet purchases. Outlet items are priced as marked. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
Will Outlet styles be restocked?
No. Outlet items are final release pieces from previous collections. Once sold out, they will not be restocked.
Is the quality the same as your main stores?
Yes, absolutely! Everything in the Outlet is made with the same care, craftsmanship, and quality natural fabrics you expect from Nomad the Label. These are simply the last pieces of past-season styles.
Do you offer free shipping on Outlet orders?
No, we do not offer free shipping on Outlet orders. However, we offer flat-rate standard shipping as follows:

- US – US$9
- NZ – NZ$9
- CA – CA$9
- Rest of world - AU$9
Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way.
How long will shipping take?
Outlet orders are packed and shipped with the same care as all Nomad orders. Please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email. Delivery times vary based on location. Delays may occur during busy periods such as sale events and new collection launches. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
What if I refuse to pay customs or duties on international orders?
If you decline to pay duties or taxes and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for:
- The original shipping cost
- All return shipping fees
